The bike looks nice, it allows you to adjust the seat and handles up and down as well as forwards and backwards. It was super quiet, and then it suddenly started making a loud clacking noise that got worse.

I contacted their support via email and on Amazon, it appears that they might not really be connected to each other, I'm not sure. They apologized profusely and sent me replacement parts with a video and some tools.

The video did not cover how to remove the belt and after asking them how to do that, they (both support channels) simply didn't respond. I got the idea to use an old belt of mine (included a photo) that I wedged into the track and that helped to get the bike belt off it's track.

The bearings have to be removed for the repair, and that took me hitting them with all my might for minutes on end before popping out.

Putting the replacement bearings in was pretty easy, thankfully.

After the repair the bike seems to be working great, so that's good news. I just hope it stays that way!

I'm giving it 4 stars because their support people kept working with me to resolve the issue and get all the correct replacement parts.

After the fix with the replacement parts the bike is working perfectly.

I looked at many brands on the market. Read Amazon, youtube and Google reviews. Had nailed it down too the Joroto x2 plus but the Joroto x4s had the Bluetooth features display that I needed.

This is the newest model, and they did a good job, excellent build and whisper silent. As long as you put it together properly and don't screw up the petals, you're good to go. They even have stickers on the petals, to show you how to put them on correctly and not forced them and stripped the threads.

You do have the contact/email Joroto customer service to get your code for the extended Kinomap 30 day free. They will email it to you. I waited about 13 days before you put the code in.
Otherwise, you'll lose your 14 day time.
You must go to Kinomap website and login to use the code. You can not use the App to use the code.

I started riding 10/07/23 and ride 5 days week. I am a senior citizen, but I'm in good shape. Lift weights. Play Racquet ball and did race 10 speeds bike back in 1974. Went back to weight lifting 45 years ago, worked out 5 days a week.

There are not many reviews on this bike and I must disagree with some of the bad one, It's called operator Error. Example one guy said he couldn't get to the batteries in the computer system, wrong, all you have to do is Open up the little battery door
there's nothing to take apart. Another one stripped the threads putting on the Petals by forcing them on incorrectly.

I really believe that this is their best model. And I would highly recommend this bike. You must buy riding gear like padded bike shorts and a Heart rate monitor If you are going to exercise correctly. Unless you're gonna use this bike for sitting down and touring. This is a spin bike and it does have a racing seat, but can be optionally changed. When you read the manual, it will tell you to have to have proper gear to ride this or any bike. When riding a bike like this, you will be standing and sitting.
as the program direct you or any spin class. I have no regrets with my purchase, I look and read for 30 days before I decided on this. I did get the 2 year warranty just to be safe, I'm going to ride 5 days a week. Lifting weight 3 days a week.

Update, 11/11/23 it's been 30 days now, no Issues. Still happy.

This is the second Joroto purchase I have made. I recently purchased a Joroto rowing machine which I’ve been using and happy with. I wrote a detailed review on that after purchasing because I’d spent a great deal of time researching rowing machines (and spin bikes). That said, I had experience with Joroto because I’d ridden one of their exercise bikes at a family member’s home and was impressed with the quality, smoothness and stability. So I was interested in a rowing machine and spin bike for my home gym and after recently purchasing the rowing machine and being happy with the quality, I knew that I’d want to get this spin bike for my home gym.

I should start out by saying that the bike was incredibly easy to put together. But what really separates this bike is that it is heavy, stable, quiet AND comes with a more detailed monitor than any other bike that I found at or anywhere near the same price point. That said, the engineering of the frame and weight of the bike equates to a super stable bike whether out of the saddle or sitting and riding.

Spin bikes either have a felt pad for resistance (which requires maintenance because it will wear out and need to be replaced), they are lighter in weight, their frame geometry is too compact (so you cannot stretch out comfortably when out of the saddle when spinning/riding) and their computer doesn’t provide data like speed, resistance or allow for Bluetooth interface. So after doing a bit of research I still needed to delve deeper because there were some lesser priced products that appeared at first like they might be a good deal. However, I really wanted something that offered features of the premium brand spin bikes. After assembling and riding I can confidently say that this bike exceeded my expectations. Had I not gotten this bike I would have possibly purchased another bike from a large manufacturer who makes bicycle (ie. Schw***). That bike has excellent reviews and sells for about 50% more than the Joroto. The two bikes have similar weight, magnetic resistance, belt driven drivetrain, dumbbell holders, water bottle holders and a backlit Bluetooth monitor among others. Yes, the IC4 has a color display (but similar sized as the X4S) and it does offer a heart rate monitor but many people already have watches that will provide feedback on heart rate and the blue backlit monitor of the X4S is easy to read and provides detailed data including pulse if connected to your watch or heart rate monitor.

The Joroto X4S provides the features of the most expensive spin bikes with a build quality to match. As previously mentioned, the Bluetooth monitor provides important data not usually found on other exercise bikes like a digital readout indicating magnetic resistance level, speed, cadence, workout time, etc…Another subtle feature that I really like about this bike is how well protected the belt drive (drivetrain) is from sweating. Obviously, anyone who has done a spin class knows that you sweat… A LOT!!! And sweat can corrode any metal product so protecting the drivetrain ensures the parts are better protected for longevity and continued quiet operation. Additionally, this bike offers a small rubber gasket around the Magnetic Resistance/Emergency Stop Knob. I think that’s a great feature for the same reason as the aforementioned. When you’re working out and touching the adjustment knob to alter the resistance, you are sweating. And the rubber gasket around the stem of the adjustment knob further protects the internal components and internal frame of the bike from workout sweat. Again, subtle but it shows that the bike’s features were well thought out.

In short, I am extremely pleased with this bike. The build quality, ride and features are excellent! I will update as I continue to ride and have other observations.

I have had the bike for 3 weeks now. My spouse and I both use it, I use for Peloton, he uses other apps. I chose this model because the earlier versions had great reviews but the increased adjustability for this one and Bluetooth capabilities at an entry level price. I also liked it is a solid frame for taller people. I am 5' 7" he is 6' 3". It has met my expectations for what I needed.

Assembly was a snap. We had it up and running in less than 30 mins. The directions were easy to follow. The computer is simple yet effective. Easy to determine output. It is easy to connect in with apps. Just about seemsless with Peloton and I use a Samsung watch for Heart Rate monitoring. Switching adjustments between the two of us as riders is simple and the ability to adjust the handlebars and seat is easy enough. Pedals probably will need an upgrade as we become more serious but fine as beginners. I have added a gel cover to the seat for additional comfort. It is super quiet when using it.

Why not a 5? Would probably give it a 4.5 if I could. My only feedback points are we could use one more notch on the handle bars to bring them up one more level and the resistance can get a sticky when trying to move from one level to the next.

Very easy to assemble took me about 30 minutes, is packed extremely well, ride is very smooth. Hold up to 330 lbs so is great for me. Has wheels on front so easy to move around. Bluetooth app works well

Great bike! Silent, takes up little space, great workout and durability for the price. My only complaint is the thong of a seat it comes with. Buy a seat upgrade and enjoy an otherwise awesome bike.

Trés heureux de mon achat! Vélo très beau par sa conception, sans artifices, sans surplus, la roue d'entrainement avec son système magnétique est parfaite avec un super design. Fluidité dans le mouvement, solide, stable. En amélioration, un écran auto alimenté serait un plus bien que les piles doivent durer longtemps (non testé).
Bravo Joroto pour cette petite merveille.

Après plusieurs déboires dus manifestement à l'exception dans une série de vélo montés à la chaine, à savoir ;
- bouton de réglage de la résistance bloqué (problème réglé rapidement par l'envoi d'une vidéo explicative permettant d'y remédier).
- écran de contrôle défectueux (envoi rapide d'un nouvel écran).
- Claquements à chaque tour de pédale après un mois d'utilisation (remplacement du produit défectueux, envoi d'un nouveau vélo)
Conclusion :
Malgré ces désagréments, je tiens à souligner le sérieux de JOROTO, son écoute, sa compréhension et le suivi "réactif" assuré par le service après vente.
Je suis bien sur satisfait du produit que je peux recommandé.
Seul petit bémol pour ma part, déjà soulevé lors d'autres avis, le confort de la selle (remplacé pour ma par par une selle confort beaucoup plus accueillante)

Setup today went smoothly of my brand new Joroto X4S. Seems solid.
But frustrating that the adjustment knob for resistance does not turn.
Support phone number does not connect. Hopefully there is a fix.

Just received this bike as a gift. Assembled it and the magnetic knob won't turn, it's stuck. Not a good way to start with a new brand of bike.

I ride about 200 miles per week on my bike and it's important to be able to change the resistance

spinning on a rock. Smooth, quiet, what else do you require?

The Joroto X4S Exercise Bike was straightforward to assemble. On the same day the bike was delivered, the Joroto customer service representative sent me a link to a helpful assembly video and offered any help I needed with the process. Fortunately, the instructions included with the bike were more than adequate to get the bike up and going.

After using the bike for a couple of hours, I can report that it provides a smooth, quiet, and comfortable ride. The bike gives every indication of being built for a long life.

The regular price on this bike is reasonable, but with Amazon's frequent discounts and lightning deals, the alert shopper can score a real bargain.

Highly recommended.

This is an amazing exercise bike. Very solid and quiet to use in the lounge while watching tv. No disturbing others. Was very easy to mount all pieces together, the manual explains in much details. Only small issue, for me at least is the seat which is designed as a road bike, therefore not very comfortable. That's OK, is a personall preference. I just ordered a wider seat. No issues. On general an amazing piece of equipment.

I got this when amazon where offering 100 pounds off. But to be honest it's worth the extra 100

Pros:
1) very easy to set up. It took me about 40 mins. But I am slow with assembling things. This is the first product I've bought where they've labelled the tools and given u all the tools ( including an alan key with a phillips screw head. )
2) pre emotive support. For me this is a large purchase. I received an email from joroto telling me how I can get support.
3) the bike is very sturdy and receptive. It feels premium.
4) the machine has improved significantly. Whilst I'll be using an app it's good to have everything on the screen.
5) apart from you panting, fighting for breath ( pressuring you're unhealthy like me) the machine is very quiet.

Cons:
1) the pedals are uncomfortable. If you want to ride barefoot then you'll struggle. But it takes a normal bikes pedal so you can easily replace them.
2) the fitting of the handle bar is a little loose. Not a fault and doesn't make it unsturdy. But it's noticeable.
3) no heart rate monitor; I know I'm being a bit greedy wanting a heart rate monitor but it's the only thing it's missing.
4) slight one but the screen times out quickly it would be good to have the ability to change it in the settings.
Things to consider:
1) it's very heavy. I assembled it on my own but if you can get a second pair of hands.
2) the instructions are easy to read. But one change I'd make is put the weights holder on first then the seat as the other way round means you have to re adjust
3) if you have carpet or expensive lino get something to protect the floor. Amazon do sweat mats but I use a 4 pound yoga mat and it works fine.
4) don't forget to remove the stoppers on the wheel before exercising. It's not included in the instructions. If you have common sense you'll be fine but if you're like me it'll trip you up

Great bike at an affordable price.

Really impressed with this bike. It's virtually noiseless, and was easy to assemble. The magnetic resistance is great and the seemingly infinite adjustment to the load is great and easy to adjust.
Only had it for a week but loving it.

This is the first exercise bicycle I have owned or had anything to do with, so I do not have anything to compare it to. So please forgive any stupid comments.

I purchased this bicycle because I am not as young as I used to be and my health is far from what it used to be. My doctor suggested that an exercise bike may be of benefit to me. My first impression was that it is very heavy, and I struggled to assemble it on my own, but the assembly instructions made it an easy task and I think a younger fitter person would have no problems assembling it. The longest task I had was to unpack it, it arrived very well and securely packed, allowing no damage to any of the individual components.

Considering its weight and having assembled it I can confidently say that it is very well made and I think it will outlast me. Let’s hope I will still be using it in the months/years to come. However, I would like to suggest an improvement, the heading text on the monitor needs to be bigger. The numbers displayed are super easy to see as you pedal. But the text describing the numbers' meaning is very difficult to see as you pedal.

BUT, don’t get me wrong so far I am very pleased with my purchase of this bicycle, even though I have nothing to compare it with, I think this is an excellent piece of kit.

This is a great piece of kit, very heavy so it doesn't move when being used. It works great and is worth the money spent.

... der hochwertige Eindruck wir etwas getrübt durch den mäßigen Computer, die unpraktischen Pedale, den leicht verbogenen Lenker, dessen Polsterung auch zu wünschen übrig lässt und einem dermaßen weichen Sattel, bei dem ich mich frage, für wen der bequem sein soll.
Da ich mich zuvor über Testberichte und die Rezessionen zum JOROTO X4S kundig gemacht habe, kann ich die negativen Aspekte nur bestätigen. Dennoch habe ich das Teil erstanden, da es gerade um 200€ reduziert angeboten wurde. Das Geld werde ich in die Nachrüstung investieren: Klickpedale, Moosgummi für den Lenker, harter Sattel und Triathlonaufsatz.
Die Hantelablage am Sattel und die Flaschenablage finde ich überflüssig und werde sie nicht verwenden. Aber das ist Geschmacksache.
Mit dem leicht verbogenen Lenker kann ich leben und an die Bremsung mittels Knopf, über den sich auch der Widerstand regulieren lässt, werde ich mich gewöhnen.
Ansonsten überzeugt mich das Teil durch sein Kompaktheit, ein schönes Design, praktisch null Laufgeräusche und stabile Verarbeitung.
Für 600€ durchaus zu empfehlen, für 800€ hätte ich dieses Indoorbike aufgrund der negativen Punkte nicht gekauft. Daher auch nicht die volle Punktzahl.

Das Bike wurde vollständig geliefert. Die Beschreibung bzgl. dem Aufbau ist sehr gut. Dadurch war es nicht schwer das Bike zusammen bzw. aufzubauen.
Es ist absolut stabil. Es wackelt und quietsch nichts, auch nicht nach vier Wochen beim täglichen Gebrauch. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Bike super leise, ja fast lautlos ist.
Die digitale Anzeige ist ok. Für mich reicht es völlig aus und zeigt die wichtigsten Daten an.
Von mir gibt es deshalb eine absolute Kaufempfehlung.
