If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to provide an alternative solution or cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable fees, if any, will be displayed during checkout.

You authorize JOROTO and our authorized payment service providers to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order.

If payment cannot be successfully processed, we may delay or cancel your order.

JOROTO is not responsible for additional fees charged by your bank, credit card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution.

  • Severe weather;

  • Holidays;

  • High-volume periods;

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information;

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to receive the shipment, additional shipping or handling charges may apply.

9. Returns and Refunds

JOROTO's Return Policy forms part of these Terms.

If you are not satisfied with your JOROTO machine, eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions of the Return Policy.

Unless otherwise provided by the applicable policy:

  • Shipping charges paid to receive the product are non-refundable;

  • Non-quality-related returns may be subject to a return shipping fee of $50 or more, depending on the customer's location;

  • Products must be returned with the original packaging;

  • Products returned damaged or with missing parts may be subject to additional restocking or other applicable fees;

  • JOROTO is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment; and

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchanges for incorrect products or models are subject to the applicable requirements stated in our Return Policy.

10. Warranty

JOROTO products are covered by our Manufacturer Limited Warranty, subject to the terms and conditions stated in the JOROTO Warranty Policy.

For products covered by the applicable warranty:

  • The structural frame is covered for 1 year;

  • Other parts and components are covered for 365 days;

  • Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser for standard household use;

  • The warranty is non-transferable;

  • Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims; and

  • Photos or videos may be required to evaluate certain parts or component claims.

The warranty does not cover certain conditions, including damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, abuse, accidents, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, failure to follow the product manual, normal wear and tear, or certain cosmetic damage.

Commercial and industrial use may void the applicable warranty.

11. Safe Use of JOROTO Products

JOROTO fitness equipment is designed for exercise and fitness purposes. Users are responsible for using each product in accordance with its product manual, safety instructions, warnings, and applicable usage limitations.

Before using a JOROTO product, you should carefully read all applicable instructions and safety information.

You are responsible for:

  • Proper assembly and installation;

  • Using the equipment according to the product instructions;

  • Observing applicable weight and usage limits;

  • Performing appropriate inspection and maintenance;

  • Using the equipment in a safe environment; and

  • Keeping children and individuals who should not use the equipment away from the product unless properly supervised.

JOROTO recommends consulting a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program if you have concerns about whether exercise is appropriate for you.

12. Intellectual Property

All content available on the JOROTO website, including but not limited to:

  • JOROTO trademarks and logos;

  • Product names and descriptions;

is owned by or licensed to JOROTO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

If you submit a product review, photograph, video, testimonial, comment, suggestion, feedback, or other content to JOROTO, you represent that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content;

  • Your submission does not infringe the rights of another person or entity;

  • Your submission does not contain unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading material; and

  • You have obtained any necessary permission from individuals appearing in the submission.

By submitting content to JOROTO, you grant JOROTO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, adapt, and otherwise use that content for legitimate business, marketing, promotional, advertising, and customer-support purposes.
