JOROTO MR280PRO Solid Oak Water Resistance Rowing Machine

It folds up well. Works as described. Rowed thirty or so miles so far. The seat falls apart after eight miles or so. Goes back together easily enough.

It works well with the EXR rowing game even though the game says it’s unsupported. Works well with rowing apps. I probably just need to glue the bolt in place. I like that it’s made of wood. Makes it blend in like a piece of furniture. Pretty satisfied so far.

I have limited space, so I would recommend this to someone in the same boat.

This rowing machine has far exceeded my expectations. I love the sound of water with each stroke. The machine is so smooth. I've done "interval training" on it almost every day and my body feels great. Midway through my work day, when I would normally feel tired and groggy, I put in 10 minutes of rowing. The energy boost keeps me alert the rest of the work day. At night I turn off all the lights and go rowing. It is meditative and so good for the body. I absolutely LOVE this machine. I used zip ties to add cushion to the heal area of the foot rests. Sometimes I connect my phone via Bluetooth and sometimes I just row along with a YouTube. I also break form on occasion to work other body parts -- like twisting to alternating sides or using my arms in a position similar to bicep curls. 5+ Stars !!!

I've owned the Joroto 280 Pro for a few months now and am impressed with the overall build quality and ease of use. It's a nice looking and sturdy machine. I'm a beginner rower so the resistance is more than adequate for me and am currently running with the tank half full which gives a good half hour work out rowing quite vigorously.

On the downside I would say the feet straps aren't so good and need to be tightened regularly which disturbs the flow of rowing. Also the foot plate tends to click audibly when rowing which can be annoying.

The digital display is basic and not so great with poor visibility of the data when rowing. I generally don't use it and choose to connect to a separate app to monitor progress. Kinomap is supported out of the box but will only run on android so if you don't want to use your phone or tablet then casting this to a laptop is very poor with lag etc. I've switched to EXR but despite Joroto saying this supports EXR it's not native and just uses the standard Fitness bluetooth protocol. EXR states this is an unsupported rowing machine, it does work but there's no guarantee the stats are accurate which is annoying. I think the information given on app support is a little misleading, hence only three stars but generally I'm impressed with the machine given it's price point.

Maybe Joroto can get onboard with EXR and work with them to get full support for their rowing machines?

J'ai reçu le rameur en avance. Niveau qualité c'est pas mal. J'ai eu une roue mal visser et je trouve que la résistance du rameur n'est pas aussi forte que je l'imaginais. Mais après tout ces un rameur non professionnel et le prix vas avec.

Donc pour conclure il n'est pas parfait mais le rapport qualité prix est bon . Je suis ravie.

Machine arrived on time, well packed, easy to assemble, with spare parts, tested it a few times already, nicely made, nice wood, functional, got no problems with feet straps, it is necessary to adjust them once or twice during workout but in my experience it is always the case, like the sound of water while rowing, display works nicely, I am very happy with this purchase

Haben jetzt für das Zweitdomozil dieses Gerät gekauft und ich kann einfach nur sagen: Ein qualitativ hochwertiges, sehr ansehnliches Gerät, das fast komplett montiert geliefert wird und einfach sehr empfehlenswert ist. Bin wirklich begeistert!

ملاحظة مهمة: الجهاز لا يأتي معه شاشة تعرض التطبيق الذي يرتبط معه، فقط يأتي معه الجهاز الاسود الصغير الجانبي يسجل معلومات التمارين.
لكن يمكنكم بسهولة ربط الجهاز من خلال البلوتوث مع الابل او الآندرويد سواء تلفاز او جاهز لوحي

Je suis grand (1,90) et lourd, le rameur est robuste et assez grand pour moi, il se plie hyper facilement et roule bien.

Great little work out machine. The water reservoir is not big enough for any serious resistance. However, it does work well enough.

Juste, on l a acheté 449e, et le lendemain il était à 399e… ralant… mais il les vaut largement

Dans l’ensemble il est agréable à utiliser. Je dirais qu’il faudrait des niveaux des difficultés supplémentaires car il et trop simple.

Ideal für Einsteiger und für leichtes bis mittleres Training.
Wer Wert auf einen höheren Widerstand legt, sollte vielleicht zu dem Modell 380 geifen. das hat einen Wassertank von 24L Volumen (280Pro 14L).
Für mich jedoch mehr als ausreichend und die ideale Ergänzung zu meinem Ergometer.
Insgesamt nach 3 Tagen total begeistert.

I like the feel of the water gushing like you are rowing by the waters. The water suction is not easy to use and not able to work for me. The seat is great but better when able to lock while folding… other than those, works great!!

Overall great rowing machine. Looks great and sturdy. At the beginning has trouble with monitor, but got a replacement shipped to me very fast. Love the machine and service.
